Race Library

Note

You need a Track Loader, Logged Tracking or Club Regatta licence to access the Race Library.

The race library is your private store for races you create and save in TackTracker. You will see the Library tab in the top tab-set on the left of the TackTracker window:

Race Library

The library automatically organises races by date, and presents a tree structure with a Year -> Month -> Race hierarchy. You may expand and collapse the tree by clicking on the small boxes with the + or - signs.

The library tree represents the same structure on the file system under Documents\My Tracks. If you look at the My Tracks folder in Windows Explorer, you will see the same year and month and race folders. In Windows Explorer, a race folder contains a CSV file for each track and a special file, eventData.xml, for the race definition. In the Library you can also see the tracks in a race by selecting a race and expanding the tree:

Listing tracks

From here you can right-click a track to access a menu to delete a track or export it.

Tip

If you have created a race and don't see it in the Library, you can refresh the list by right-clicking on a year or month node and clicking Refresh.
